Аннотация

Инфаркт миокарда, инсульт и венозный тромбоэмболизм, в основе которых лежит тромбоз сосудов, являются ведущими причинами смерти населения. Наиболее часто эти заболевания развиваются при старении организма человека. С возрастом происходят такие изменения в системе гемокоагуляции, как повышение уровня фибриногена, факторов VIII и IX и других прокоагулянтов без пропорционального увеличения количества антикоагулянтных факторов, уменьшение количества тромбоцитов и повышение их активности, снижение активности фибринолиза, развивается эндотелиальная дисфункция. Все это приводит к повышению интенсивности внутрисосудистого свертывания крови и развитию тромбозов.
