Сочетание функциональной диспепсии и синдрома раздраженного кишечника: случайная комбинация или закономерная связь?

Аннотация

В представленном обзоре рассматриваются взаимоотношения между функциональной диспепсией и синдромом раздраженного кишечника. Высокая частота сочетания двух вариантов функциональных расстройств желудочно-кишечного тракта объясняется общностью ряда этиологических факторов и патогенетических звеньев обоих заболеваний, что следует учитывать при лечении данных больных.
