Профилактика тромбоэмболических осложнений при лапароскопических гинекологических операциях

Аннотация
В обзоре представлены данные о частоте тромбоэмболических осложнений при лапароскопическом доступе в гинекологической практике, проводится сравнение с общепринятым лапаротомическим доступом. Обсуждаются способы профилактики тромботических осложнений, дозировки препаратов и длительность их использования. Современные подходы к лечению гинекологических пациенток после эндоскопических вмешательств свидетельствуют о целесообразности использования профилактических мероприятий по предупреждению тромбоэмболических осложнений.
