Обсуждаются способы профилактики тромботических осложнений, дозировки препаратов и длительность их использования. Современные подходы к лечению гинекологических пациенток после эндоскопических вмешательств свидетельствуют о целесообразности использования профилактических мероприятий по предупреждению тромбоэмболических осложнений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review presents data on the incidence of thromboembolic complications with laparoscopic access in gynecological practice and compares it to the conventional laparoscopic surgery. Methods for the prevention of thrombotic complications, dosages of medications and the duration of their use are discussed.
