Cиндром Бехчета и беременность

Аннотация
Планирование и ведение беременности на фоне имеющегося ревматического заболевания является серьезной проблемой, широко обсуждаемой в медицинском сообществе. Синдром Бехчета (болезнь Бехчета) в данном контексте один из наименее изученных. Данные о взаимном влиянии васкулита и беременности на течение и исходы противоречивы. Очевидна необходимость междисциплинарного сопровождения беременности акушером-гинекологом и ревматологом для минимизации риска потерь и осложнений в этой сложной клинической ситуации. В настоящем обзоре приведены данные, опубликованные в течение последних двух десятилетий использования в ревматологии генно-инженерных биологических препаратов.
