Аннотация

Алкогольсодержащие напитки широко распространены по всему миру, а употребление алкоголя является частью культуры разных народов и неотъемлемой составляющей их ежедневного рациона. В то же время злоупотребление алкоголем приводит к неблагоприятным последствиям от бытовых травм и аварий до отравлений и различных соматических заболеваний. Однако существует и мнение, что алкоголь может оказывать благоприятное воздействие на организм за счет расширения сосудов и улучшения кровообращения. В обзоре проанализированные данные работ, изучавших положительное и отрицательное влияние алкоголя на орган зрения, при этом отдельно освещены проблемы острой интоксикации и хронического употребления алкоголя.
