Реконструкция по Ру в абдоминальной хирургии: историческая ретроспектива эволюции оперативного приема. Часть 2

Целью настоящего исторического очерка является не столько констатация фактов и хронологии создания Y-образной реконструкции пищеварительной трубки, сколько раскрытие основных причин уникальной востребованности методики, предложенной A. Wölfl er, E. Doyen и C. Roux почти 140 лет тому назад. В работе представлена историческая ретроспектива рождения теоретической концепции, экспериментального подтверждения и первых опытов клинического применения методики Y-реконструкции пищеварительной трубки на Ру-петле, а также этапы ее совершенствования и эволюционирования с конца XIX века до настоящего времени. Труды основоположников хирургической гастроэнтерологии, онкологии, панкреатологии и гепатобилиарной хирургии с течением времени расширили диапазон применения реконструкции по Ру от дистальной резекции желудка и гастроэнтеростомии до гастрэктомии, повторных операций на верхнем отделе пищеварительной трубки, формирования билиодигестивных и панкреатикодигестивных анастомозов, использования в практике бариатрической хирургии.
