Головная боль при болезни Бехчета

Аннотация
Болезнь Бехчета (ББ) — хроническое, системное воспалительное заболевание неясной этиологии. При ББ могут развиваться неврологические нарушения, которые подразделяются на паренхиматозные, непаренхиматозные и смешанные формы. Одним из наиболее распространенных неврологических симптомов ББ является головная боль. В большинстве случаев она относится к первичной головной боли и включает головную боль напряжения и мигрень. Из вторичных причин головной боли при ББ наиболее распространенным является церебральный венозный тромбоз. Изолированная внутричерепная гипертензия служит еще одной причиной вторичных головных болей у пациентов с ББ.
