Предсердная кардиомиопатия

Аннотация
Понятие о предсердной кардиомиопатии — концепция, отражающая особое патофизиологическое состояние предсердий, лежащее в основе различных заболеваний. Накопление данных, свидетельствующих, что ремоделирование предсердий предшествует развитию фибрилляции предсердий, ишемического инсульта и сердечной недостаточности, позволило переосмыслить патофизиологическую роль предсердий в формировании сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. В статье затронуты основные механизмы развития предсердной кардиомиопатии, их связь с морфологией и функцией предсердий. Анализ публикаций последних лет позволяет говорить о клинической значимости предсердной кардиомиопатии, о новых возможностях использования технологий визуализации и электрофизиологического исследования предсердий для оценки прогноза у пациентов. Поиск путей влияния на предсердную кардиомиопапию, возможно, позволит существенно улучшить исходы у пациентов с предсердными тахиаритмиями и сердечной недостаточностью.
