

Фибриновый клей в хирургической практике

Аннотация
Фибриновый клей (ФК) в хирургической практике применяется достаточно давно и является одним из инструментов для достижения гемостаза и профилактики периоперационного кровотечения. Выбор ФК при различных хирургических стратегиях влияет на клинический результат. Многочисленные исследования биологических и синтетических клеевых композиций показывают, что все еще имеется ограниченное количество данных о том, как тонкие различия в рецептурах фибриновых герметиков связаны с их клинической эффективностью и безопасностью. В этом обзоре мы попытались обобщить сведения по биологическим адгезивам — ФК, проследить историю внедрения в хирургическую практику ФК, осветить механизмы гелеобразования и адгезии, определяющие герметизирующие функции, изменение рецептуры составляющих клеевых композиций, а также проследить причины, побуждающие исследователей к поиску новых решений. Рассмотрены альтернативные технологии производства ФК, их преимущества и недостатки с учетом особенностей хирургического применения
