The English version of the article summary should fully correspond to the Russian one in the meaning and structure. To abstracts of the article in both languages, Russian and English, capital-and-lower case composition form should be applied.
3. The total size of the article should not exceed 20 pages, including a list of literature used and a review - 25 pages. In the case when the article exceeds the standard size, and, it is necessary and not may be reduced according to the author's point of view, the decision to publish is made upon the recommendation of the reviewer at the editorial board meeting. The text should be printed in 12 pt Times New Roman, and 1.5 pt visual space; indents should be 2 cm on each side of the page . Manuscript pages must be numbered. Abbreviation is to be deciphered at the beginning of the article and given without decryption hereinafter.

"Introduction" and "Conclusion" may not contain literature reference. Subsections and subheadings may be used.
The section “Material and Methods” can be structured into subsections:
- research plan (design);
- inclusion / non-inclusion criteria;
- conditions and continuance of the study;
- description of the methods of examination or medical intervention and data recording;
- statistical analysis;
- ethical review.
Types of equipment and their manufacturers are indicated, as well as names of chemicals and medications. Indicating INN, along with the brand of the drug, is a must.
In case of genetic and molecular biological studies, the name of all genes, alleles, genetic polymorphisms, as well as primer sequences and DNA extraction methods (when performing PCR) are to be noted.
In the subsection “Statistical analysis”, it is necessary to describe statistical processing methods in detail , present results with relevant measurement indicators, errors or uncertainties (e.g. confidence interval, CI), not entirely relying on statistical hypothesis testing (p); use only generally accepted statistical terms and abbreviations. In the section "Results", the text, tables and figures should be presented in a logical sequence of the main or most important data. Do not duplicate all table data and drawings in the text. You can use graphs (not duplicate tables with graphs!) as the alternative to overly huge tables. Research and observation results should be presented in units of the International Measurement System (SI). It is better to give data in absolute and percentage (in brackets) terms of statistical significance p (up to the third decimal place) if there is one.

Each drawing should be placed in the text and accompanied by a numbered caption. Links to all figures must be given in the text.
The abbreviations and conventional signs in any tables and figures should be shown in captions. When using illustrations and tables from the works of other authors, written permission of the latter should be obtained. Names of figures and tables (with the names of all separate columns) must be translated into English.
The work should not be abundant in footnotes. They should have sequential numbering throughout the text. The "Discussion" section for the original article should contain the summary of obtained data and discussion of the main results of the conducted research. It should be given in comparison with the ones of other relative research, possibly indicating the limitations of the research if they take place to be.
The "Conflict of Interests" section is filled in if there is an additional financing of the project. After completing the text of the article, the authors must indicate the source(s) of research funding using the template: “The study was carried out with financial support (financial providing) of .... The participation of sponsors in the design of the research, data analysis and interpretation of the results, as well as in the decision to publish them in the article should be indicated. If there is additional funding or conflict of interests, the authors submit a completed conflict questionnaire concerning the conflict of interests to the editorial stuff.
