Аутоиммунный гастрит и инфекция Helicobacter pylori: как эти заболевания соотносятся друг с другом?

Аннотация
В статье обсуждаются вопросы, касающиеся соотношения между собой аутоиммунного гастрита и инфекции Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori). В литературе преобладает точка зрения, согласно которой инфекция пилорического геликобактера может выполнять роль триггерного фактора, способствуя развитию и прогрессированию аутоиммунного гастрита за счет феномена антигенной мимикрии. В то же время встречаются публикации о протективном действии инфекции H. pylori в отношении возникновения аутоиммунного гастрита и об отсутствии связи между указанными заболеваниями. Последние данные свидетельствуют о том, что наличие у больных аутоиммунным гастритом инфекции H. pylori способствует прогрессированию атрофических изменений слизистой оболочки и повышению риска возникновения рака желудка, что делает оправданным проведение в таких случаях эрадикационной терапии, позволяющей предотвратить прогрессирование заболевания и развитие осложнений.
