Стратегия формирования приверженности к долгосрочному контролю бронхиальной астмы

Рассматривается один из подходов формирования приверженности к долгосрочному лечению больных бронхиальной астмой, основой которого является введение фактора обучения в их терапевтический комплекс. Познавательная стратегия индивидуального, затем группового обучения пациентов в условиях астмашколы способствует пробуждению активности больного на уровне компетентности в отношении ведения своей болезни, партнерства с лечащим врачом. Пациент последовательно приобретает необходимые знания, полезные навыки и уверенность в важности личного участия в лечении своего заболевания, переходя от комплаенса к осознанной приверженности лечению. Показаны существенные преимущества долгосрочного лечения бронхиальной астмы, в котором участвуют обученные пациенты.
