Данная группа препаратов используется для профилактики ишемического инсульта и других системных тромбоэмболий. Число тромбоцитов, вовлеченных в агрегаты, было в пределах нормы, однако имеется тенденция к повышению активных форм тромбоцитов у данных пациентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents an analysis of changes in the platelet component of the hemostatic system in patients with paroxysmal and persistent forms of atrial ﬁbrillation while taking direct oral anticoagulants. This group of medications is used for the prevention of ischemic stroke and other systemic thromboembolic events.
