Представлены экспериментальные данные, на основании которых сформулирована концепция явления превышения артериальной бактериемии над венозной, а также результаты их клинического применения. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article analyzes the potential for enhancing the effectiveness of cultural bacteriological testing in patients with infectious endocarditis through the cultivation of arterial and venous blood.
