Однако необходимо указать на наличие единичных исследований о показаниях к использованию, доступности и сравнении этих методов визуализации, а также об их роли в диагностическом процессе при обследовании больных с острым послеоперационным панкреатитом.</p><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Оценка улучшения результатов диагностики острого послеоперационного панкреатита путем использования компьютерной томографии.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Исследование проведено на базе отделения лучевой диагностики Центра научной хирургии им. М.А. Топчубашева в г. Баку с 2019 по 2022 г. В исследование были включены 60 пациентов в возрасте от 30 до 70 лет. Всем пациентам в процессе всего срока наблюдений проводилась оценка степени клинических проявлений, их структуры, динамики лабораторных показателей в сочетании с анализом данных инструментальных методов исследования (УЗИ, КТ).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Полученные нами данные свидетельствуют, что хирургические вмешательства на поджелудочной железе сравнительно часто сопровождаются возникновением острого послеоперационного панкреатита. Острый послеоперационный панкреатит приводит к нарушениям функционального состояния органов желудочно-кишечного тракта, которые проявляются тошнотой и повторной рвотой, а также выраженной тупой болью и вздутием в эпигастральной области. Чувствительность, специфичность УЗИ в качестве «золотого стандарта» при диагностике послеоперационного острого панкреатита составили 91,7%, КТ — 86,1%.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. КТ оказалась более чувствительной, чем УЗИ для диагностики патологических изменений в протоке поджелудочной железы у обследуемых больных, при этом наиболее целесообразным можно считать использование КТ на ранних стадиях патологического процесса для уточнения степени его распространенности и прогнозирования развития более тяжелых осложнений.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Among the instrumental methods for diagnosing diseases of the pancreas, computed tomography (CT) of the abdominal organs, radiological examination, and ultrasound examination (US) of the pancreas are highlighted. However, it is necessary to point out the existence of limited studies regarding the indications for the use, availability, and comparison of these imaging methods, as well as their role in the diagnostic process when examining patients with acute postoperative pancreatitis.</p><sec><title>Objective of the study</title><p>Objective of the study. To assess the improvement in diagnostic results of acute postoperative pancreatitis through the use of computed tomography.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study was conducted at the radiology department of the M.A. Topchubashev Scientific Surgery Center in Baku from 2019 to 2022. The study included 60 patients aged 30 to 70 years. All patients underwent an assessment of the degree of clinical manifestations, their structure, dynamics of laboratory indicators combined with the analysis of data from instrumental examination methods (US, CT) throughout the observation period.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The data obtained indicate that surgical interventions on the pancreas are relatively often accompanied by the occurrence of acute postoperative pancreatitis. Acute postoperative pancreatitis leads to disturbances in the functional state of the gastrointestinal organs, manifested by nausea, recurrent vomiting, as well as severe dull pain and bloating in the epigastric region. The sensitivity and specificity of US as the “gold standard” in the diagnosis of postoperative acute pancreatitis were 91.7% and 86.1% for CT, respectively.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
