Некоторые виды лазерного излучения позволяют эффективно санировать раны и стимулировать процессы заживления. Высокоинтенсивный эрбиевый лазер способен комплексно воздействовать на ткани во всех фазах раневого процесса, вызывая ускоренное заживление хронических ран.</p><sec><title>   Цель работы</title><p>   Цель работы. Оценить эффективность применения высокоинтенсивного эрбиевого лазера для лечения пациентов с хроническими ранами различного генеза по сравнению с традиционным лечением.</p></sec><sec><title>   Материал и методы</title><p>   Материал и методы. Проведен анализ лечения 144 пациентов c хроническими ранами, которые были разделены на две группы. В 1-й группе (n = 71) применялся высокоинтенсивный эрбиевый лазер и перевязки с водорастворимыми мазями. Во 2-й группе (n = 73) проводилась стандартная хирургическая обработка с аналогичными перевязками. Результаты оценивали с помощью визуальной оценки раневых дефектов, планиметрии, бактериологического, цитологического исследований, оценки переносимости процедуры и выраженности болевого синдрома до и после лечения.</p></sec><sec><title>   Результаты</title><p>   Результаты. У пациентов 1-й группы достоверно раньше выявляли признаки заживления, а также чаще фиксировали случаи полной эпителизации ран. Лазерная обработка способствовала более эффективной деконтоминации раневых дефектов, а в цитологической картине чаще наблюдали признаки регенерации тканей. Пациенты лучше переносили применение эрбиевого лазера, чем хирургическую обработку, однако выраженность болевого синдрома после лечения не отличалась в группах.</p></sec><sec><title>   Заключение</title><p>   Заключение. Исследование подтвердило эффективность применения высокоинтенсивного эрбиевого лазера для лечения хронических ран. Данный способ может быть рекомендован для использования в хирургической практике наряду с другими техническими и медикаментозными средствами.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   Chronic wounds are a common surgical pathology. Some types of laser radiation allow for eff ective debridement of wounds and stimulation of healing processes. High-intensity erbium laser can comprehensively aff ect tissues in all phases of the wound process, leading to accelerated healing of chronic wounds.</p><p>   The aim of the study was to evaluate the eff ectiveness of using high-intensity erbium laser for treating patients with chronic wounds of various origins compared to traditional treatment.</p><sec><title>   Material and methods</title><p>   Material and methods: An analysis of the treatment of 144 patients with chronic wounds was conducted in two groups. In the 1st group (n = 71), a high-intensity erbium laser and dressings with water-soluble ointments were used. In the 2nd group (n = 73), standard surgical treatment with similar dressings was performed. Results were evaluated using visual assessment of wound defects, planimetry, bacteriological and cytological studies, assessment of procedure tolerability, and pain intensity before and after treatment.</p></sec><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results: рatients in the 1st group showed signs of healing signifi cantly earlier and more frequently achieved complete epithelialization of wounds. Laser treatment contributed to more effective decontamination of wound defects, and signs of tissue regeneration were more frequently observed in cytological images. Patients tolerated erbium laser treatment better than surgical treatment, although pain intensity after treatment did not differ between groups.</p></sec><sec><title>   Conclusion</title><p>   Conclusion: The study confi rmed the effectiveness of using high-intensity erbium laser for treating chronic wounds.
