<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The treatment of patients with a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) is the cornerstone of practical healthcare. This is due to the widespread and unjustified use of antimicrobial drugs, the use of irrational antiviral therapy schemes. Also, the discussion regarding the use of systemic glucocorticosteroids and monoclonal antibodies continues to this day. In this publication, based on research data and own clinical observations, clinical recommendations for COVID-19 pharmacotherapy are presented.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>фармакотерапия</kwd><kwd>противирусные препараты</kwd><kwd>глюкокортикостероиды</kwd><kwd>моноклональные антитела</kwd><kwd>клинические рекомендации</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>pharmacotherapy</kwd><kwd>antiviral drugs</kwd><kwd>glucocorticosteroids</kwd><kwd>monoclonal antibodies</kwd><kwd>clinical recommendations</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Авдеев С.Н., Адамян Л.В., Баранов А.А., Баранова Н.Н., Бойко Е.А., Брико Н.И., Васильева И.А., Гончаров С.Ф., Даниленко Д.М., Драпкина О.М., Зайцев А.А., Исаева И.В., Качанова Н.А., Лиознов Д.А., Лобзин Ю.В., Малеев В.В., Маманова Н.А. и др.
