Доля пациентов с множественными аневризмами сосудов головного мозга составляет от 15 до 45% среди всех пациентов с аневризмами. У пациентов с субарахноидальным кровоизлиянием в 25–30% случаев выявляются множественные аневризмы. Хирургическое лечение пациентов данной группы является актуальной проблемой, требующей комплексного подхода. В представленной статье предлагается клиническое наблюдение успешного лечения пациента 58 лет с множественными аневризмами в остром периоде разрыва с применением микрохирургического клипирования и эндоваскулярной эмболизации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Multiple aneurysms of the cerebral vessels, previously considered a rare pathology, are increasingly being diagnosed due to the development of neurovisualization methods. The proportion of patients with multiple aneurysms of the cerebral vessels ranges from 15 to 45% among all patients with aneurysms. Multiple aneurysms are detected in 25–30% of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Surgical treatment of patients in this group is a relevant problem that requires a comprehensive approach.
