В статье обсуждаются вопросы профилактики желудочно-кишечных кровотечений (ЖКК) у больных, находящихся в критическом состоянии в отделениях интенсивной терапии. Рассматриваются основные факторы, способствующие возникновению ЖКК у таких пациентов. Ведущее место среди них занимают пребывание на искусственной вентиляции легких > 48 часов и нарушения свертываемости крови. Пациентам с высоким риском развития ЖКК необходимо профилактическое назначение ингибиторов протонного насоса, Н2-блокаторов, сукральфата, что позволяет предупредить возникновение ЖКК и улучшить прогноз пациентов.

The article discusses the prevention of gastrointestinal bleeding in critically ill patients who are hospitalized in intensive care units (ICU). The main factors contributing to the occurrence of GIB in such patients are considered. The leading place among them is occupied by a stay on artificial ventilation of the lungs for > 48 hours and blood coagulopathy. Patients at high risk of developing GIB need prophylactic administration of proton pump inhibitors, H2-blockers, sucralfate, which allows to prevent the occurrence of GIB and improve the prognosis of patients.
