Многие антидепрессанты и антипсихотические препараты имеют аритмогенный потенциал и ассоциированы с удлинением интервала QT и развитием желудочковой аритмии по типу «пируэт», в то время как некоторые психотропные препараты связаны с изменениями ЭКГ по фенотипу синдрома Бругада и развитием полиморфных желудочковых аритмий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Research over the past decade indicates that some psychotropic drugs increase the risk of developing arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death.
