Описано множество  вариантов острого наружного геморроя с разной степенью  развития тромбоза. Цель исследования — изучить особенности  диагностики и лечения амбулаторных больных с острым наружным геморроем в форме «овоид»  (ОНГ–ФО). Материал и методы. Сплошная выборка, ретроспективное последовательное  изучение данных 97 амбулаторных больных с ОНГ–ФО. ОНГ–ФО 1-й степени (ОНГ–ФО 1) выявлен у 57,7% больных, узел был чаще эластичен, синей окраски, ОНГ–ФО 2-й степени (ОНГ–ФО 2) у 42,3% больных проявляется раной, некрозом на узле, выделением крови из него, ОНГ–ФО 3-й степени (ОНГ–ФО 3) не было. 32,7% пациентов обращались в среднем через 4 дня, боль по визуальной аналоговой  шкале (ВАШ) составляла 6 баллов в среднем.  Консервативное лечение проводилось всем больным ОНГ–ФО с назначением  очищенной микронизированной флавоидной фракции (МОФФ). Местное лечение больных ОНГ–ФО 1 осуществлялось мазью, содержащей  гепарин и гидрокортизон + лауромакрогол 600, больных ОНГ–ФО 2 — мазью, содержащей  инактивированные микробные клетки E. coli, гидрокортизон. При кровотечении из узла назначали транексамовую кислоту, при запоре — псиллиум, лактулозу, макрогол. Аналгезия осуществлялась  в зависимости от интенсивности боли. Оперировано только 3,1% пациентов в срок до 2018 г. Выводы. Проведенное лечение больных с ОНГ–ФО было эффективным. В среднем сроки лечения составляли 8–12 дней. Все обследованные больные выздоровели и были трудоспособны.  Основной метод лечения больных ОНГ–ФО консервативный.

There are many variants of acute external hemorrhoids (AEH), with varying degrees of its development. The purpose of the study is to study the features of diagnosis and treatment of outpatient patients with AEH in the form of ovoid (AEH–FO). Material and methods. A solid sample, a retrospective sequential study of the data of 97 outpatient patients with AEH–FO. AEH–FO of the first degree (AEH–FO 1) was detected in 57,7% of patients, the node was more often elastic, blue in color, AEH–FO of the second degree (AEH–FO 2) in 42,3% of patients, wound necrosis on the node, the discharge of blood from it. In 32,7% of patients treated on average after 4 days, the average pain on the visual pain scale (VPS) was 6 points. Conservative treatment was carried out in all patients with AEH–FO with the appointment  of MOFF (90% diosmin and 10% hesparin flavides. When bleeding from the node, tranexam, psyllium, lactulose, macrogol were prescribed for constipation. Analgesia was performed depending on the intensity of the pain. Only 3,1% of patients were operated on before 2018. Conclusions. The treatment of patients with AEH–FO was effective. In the average treatment period of 14 days, all patients recovered and were able to work.
