Предложенный способ применен нами у 32 пациентов в возрасте 29–75 лет (основная группа). Размеры грыжевых ворот не превышали в диаметре 3 см, размеры грыжевого мешка — 4–5 см. 28 пациентов в возрасте 31–74 года (контрольная группа) оперированы с наложением трансапоневротических швов стандартным способом. По основным клиническим характеристикам обе группы были сопоставимы. Среди оцениваемых показателей наиболее значимыми явились отсутствие рецидивов грыж в сроки от 1–5 лет в обеих группах; отсутствие послеоперационных осложнений в основной группе, в контрольной — 2 (7,1%) случая гематомы послеоперационной раны (различия статистически значимые); уменьшение среднего срока пребывания в стационаре после операций в основной группе до 7,0 ± 0,2 сут, в контрольной — 8,0 ± 0,1 сут (различия статистически значимые).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A new method for fixing a synthetic graft in preperitoneal plastic surgery of median ventral hernias has been developed. The suggested method was used by us in 32 patients aged 29–75 (the main group). The size of the hernial orifice did not exceed 3 cm in diameter, the size of the hernial sac — 4–5 cm. 28 patients aged 31–74 (the control group) were operated on with the imposition of transaponeurotic sutures in the standard way. According to the main clinical characteristics, both groups were comparable. Among the evaluated indicators, the most significant were the absence of recurrence of hernias in the period from 1 to 5 years in both groups; the absence of postoperative complications in the main group; 2 cases (7.1%) of the postoperative wound hematoma in the control group (the differences are statistically significant); the reduction of the average length of hospital stay after surgery in the main group to 7.0 ± 0.2 days, and in the control group — 8.0 ± 0.1 days (the differences are statistically significant).</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>вентральная грыжа</kwd><kwd>герниопластика</kwd><kwd>фиксация сетки</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>ventral hernia</kwd><kwd>hernioplasty</kwd><kwd>fixation of the grid</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Крайнюков П.Е., Скоробогатов В.М., Черных В.Г., Кулюшина Е.А., Бондарева Н.В.
