Исследовать роль кортексина в купировании и достижении ремиссии припадков при эпилепсии.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. С 2020 по 2021 г. врачом-неврологом поликлинического отделения Объединенной городской больницы № 7 обследованы 47 больных с различными формами эпилепсии. Для оценки психоэмоционального статуса использовали шкалу Ziqmond. В качестве средства, повышающего стрессоустойчивость, использовали кортексин. Статистические расчеты качественных параметров проводились с помощью критерия Фишера. Результаты представлены при уровне достоверной значимости р &lt; 0,05.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Психоэмоциональный статус, определяемый по шкале Ziqmond до лечения кортексином, у всех пациентов оценивался низко (6,91 ± 0,13; m = 4, M = 11), причем у больных женского пола статистически достоверно ниже (8,05 ± 0,32; m = 6, M = 13), чем у мужского (8,83 ± 0,21; m = 5, M = 12) (р = 0,046). В течение исследуемого периода (1 год) у 39 больных (35 случаев из группы, принимавших кортексин, и 4 случая из группы плацебо) припадки не повторялись. Проведенное исследование доказало достаточно высокую (72,9%) эффективность кортексина в улучшении психического и эмоционального состояний больных эпилепсией.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Включение кортексина в межприступном периоде в схему терапии позволяет достичь тимолептического эффекта и удлинить ремиссию приступов эпилепсии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Goal</title><p>Goal. Investigate the role of cortexin in stopping and achieving remission of seizures in epilepsy.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. 47 patients with various forms of epilepsy were examined at the reception of a neurologist of the polyclinic department of the United City Hospital No. 7 during 2020–2021. To assess the psycho-emotional status, the Ziqmond scale was used. As a means of increasing stress resistance, cortexin was used. Statistical calculations of qualitative parameters were carried out using the Fisher criterion. The results are presented at the level of reliable significance p &lt; 0.05.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. Psychoemotional status, determined by the Ziqmond scale before treatment with cortexin, was rated low in all patients (6.91 ± 0.13; m = 4, M = 11), and in female patients statistically significantly lower (8.05 ± 0.32; m = 6, M = 13) than in male (8.83 ± 0.21; m = 5, M = 12), (p = 0.046). During the study period (1 year), in 39 patients (35 cases from the group taking cortexin and 4 cases from the placebo group), seizures did not recur. The study proved a fairly high (72.9%) effectiveness of cortexin in improving the mental and emotional states of patients with epilepsy. didn't repeat themselves.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
