Оценка результатов лечения и контроль за состоянием оперированных больных — это важнейшая задача, которая позволяет повышать эффективность лечения и улучшать его результаты.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель работы</title><p>Цель работы. Изучить ближайшие и отдаленные результаты лечения больных идиопатическим сколиозом различной степени тяжести методом задней транспедикулярной фиксации.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Одноцентровое ретроспективное исследование. Уровень доказательности IV. У 300 больных идиопатическим сколиозом различной степени тяжести изучены ближайшие и отдаленные результаты лечения по данным клинического, рентгенологического обследования, по опросникам SRS30, SRS22.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У всех больных получены положительные результаты. После лечения общий итог улучшения состояния по опроснику SRS22 cоставил 37,1%. Анализ опросника SRS30 показал, что имели место достоверные отличия в изменении функции, самооценки, взаимоотношения с окружающими у 100 больных, леченных методом транспедикулярной фиксации.</p></sec><sec><title> Заключение</title><p> Заключение. Изучение результатов лечения больных сколиозом показало, что положительный результат имел место во всех случаях, однако при величине деформации более 90° разница в баллах по различным доменам в сравнении с дооперационными значениями была больше, чем при меньшей деформации, особенно при оценке общего вида, психического здоровья, взаимоотношения с окружающими. Общий итог улучшения состояния по опроснику SRS22 cоставил 37,1%.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. Evaluation of treatment results and control over the condition of operated patients is the most important task, which allows increasing the eﬀectiveness of treatment and improving its results.</p></sec><sec><title>Purpose of work</title><p>Purpose of work. To study the immediate and long-term results of treatment of patients with idiopathic scoliosis of varying severity by the method of posterior transpedicular ﬁxation. Material and methods. Single-center retrospective study. Evidence level IV. In 300 patients with idiopathic scoliosis of varying severity, the immediate and long-term results of treatment were studied according to the data of clinical, X-ray examination, according to the questionnaires SRS30, SRS22.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. All patients received positive results. After treatment, the overall result of improvement in the condition according to the SRS22 questionnaire was 37.1%. Analysis of the SRS30 questionnaire showed that there were signiﬁcant diﬀerences in changes in function, self-image, and relationships with others in 100 patients treated with transpedicular ﬁxation.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The study of the results of treatment of patients with scoliosis showed that a positive result took place in all cases, however, with a deformity of more than 90°, the diﬀerence in scores for diﬀerent domains in comparison with preoperative values was greater than with a lesser deformity, especially when assessing the general appearance, mental health, relationships with others.
