К ним относятся отказ от применения стандартной тройной терапии в изолированном виде, 14-дневная продолжительность курса эрадикации, включение в схемы эрадикационной терапии препаратов висмута в комбинации с различными антибиотиками, предпочтительность назначение таких ингибиторов протонной помпы, как рабепразол и эзомепразол (в необходимых случаях — в удвоенной дозе), дополнительное включение в схемы эрадикации пробиотиков и ребамипида, повышение приверженности больных к лечению.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses various measures that may be taken to increase the eﬀectiveness of eradication of Helicobacter pylori, taking into account the growing resistance of this infection to antibiotics. These include: refusal to use standard triple therapy in an isolated form, 14-day duration of the course of eradication, inclusion of bismuth preparations in combination with various antibiotics in the schemes of eradication therapy, preference for the appointment of proton pump inhibitors such as rabeprazole and esomeprazole (in double dose, if necessary), additional inclusion in the schemes of eradication of probiotics and rebamipide, increased adherence of patients to treatment.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Helicobacter pylori</kwd><kwd>эрадикационная терапия</kwd><kwd>эффективность</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Helicobacter pylori</kwd><kwd>eradication therapy</kwd><kwd>eﬃcacy</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Malfertheiner P., Megraud F., O’Morain C.A. et al.
