В статье приводятся материалы согласительного Европейского совещания, посвященного синдрому мальабсорбции (СМ), опубликованные при поддержке Объединенного Европейского общества гастроэнтерологов. В совещании рассматриваются определение, цели нутритивной поддержки таких пациентов, особенности их поддерживающей терапии, принципы оказания первичной медицинской помощи.

The article presents materials of the consensus devoted on malabsorbtion syndrome (MS), published with the support of the United European Gastroenterology Association. In the Consensus are discussed such questions as Definition of SM, its Diagnostic Testing, Supportive Care of such patients.
