В проспективном, нерандомизированном исследовании приняло участие 120 человек, разделенных на 2 группы. Основная группа (n = 60) — пациенты, оперированные с использованием полипропиленового эндопротеза с нафионовым покрытием. Контрольная группа (n = 60) — пациенты с классической герниопластикой. В каждой группе выделены подгруппа А, в которой операция производилась по методике inlay, и подгруппа Б (n = 30), в которой проведена задняя сепарационная герниопластика. Все пациенты были обследованы в стандартном объеме. Срок наблюдения составил 6 мес. Фиксировались количество, характер, сроки гнойных осложнений и инфильтратов, а также объем лимфореи. Для статистической обработки данных использовали программное обеспечение SPSS 17.0.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Применение нафионового покрытия на эндопротезах, использованных при пластике грыж, вне зависимости от их размеров показало статистически значимое снижение количества осложнений. Использование модифицированных эндопротезов при предбрюшинной пластике улучшает результаты ее проведения, делая сопоставимой с TAR-пластикой. Использование модифицированного эндопротеза при задней сепарационной герниопластике по сравнению с использованием аналогичного материала в предбрюшинной пластике статистически значимо снижает количество послеоперационных инфильтратов и сером в зоне операции. В посевах из раневого отделяемого в основной группе отсутствовала патогенная микрофлора.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Применение полипропиленового эндопротеза с нафионовым покрытием при выполнении различных вариантов задних пластик брюшной стенки у пациентов с послеоперационными вентральными грыжами приводит к статистически значимому снижению частоты послеоперационной лимфореи и гнойно-воспалительных осложнений.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study was to improve the treatment results of patients after anterior non–tensioning hernioplasty using endoprostheses with a nafion coating.</p><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. A prospective, non-randomized study involved 120 people divided into 2 groups. The main group (n = 60) consisted of patients operated on using a polypropylene endoprosthesis with a nafion coating. The control group (n = 60) consisted of patients with classical hernioplasty. For subgroups A, the operation was performed using the “in-lay” method. Subgroups B (n = 30) — posterior separation hernioplasty. All patients were examined in the standard volume. The follow-up period was 6 months. The number, nature, and timing of purulent complications and infiltrates, as well as the volume of lymphorrhea, were recorded. The SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical data processing.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The use of nafion coating on endoprostheses used in hernia repair, regardless of their size, showed a statistically significant reduction in the number of complications. The use of modified endoprostheses in preperitoneal plastic surgery improves the results of its implementation, making them comparable to TAR plastic surgery. The use of a modified endoprosthesis in posterior separation hernioplasty significantly reduces the number of postoperative infiltrates and seromas in the surgical area compared with the use of a similar material in preperitoneal plastic surgery. There was no pathogenic microflora in the crops from the wound discharge in the main group.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
