Развитие информационных и телекоммуникационных технологий привело к качественным изменениям в различных сферах жизни общества, в том числе и в медицине. Понятия «цифровое и электронное здравоохранение», «телемедицина» стали активно использоваться в клинической практике. Интеграция в клинику «телекардиологии» как одного из направлений цифрового здравоохранения принесет несомненную пользу и врачам, и пациентам.</p><p>Применение информационно-телекоммуникационных технологий для реализации программ первичной и вторичной профилактики сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, кардиореабилитации, мониторирования показателей сердечно-сосудистой системы, образовательных программ является актуальным, перспективным и востребованным.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Cardiovascular diseases still occupy a leading position in the mortality rate in advanced countries and are the main cause of disability. The development of information and telecommunication technologies has led to qualitative changes in various spheres of society, including medicine. The concepts of "digital and e-health care", "telemedicine" have come to be widely used in clinical practice.
