Диагностическая точность программы составила 88%, чувствительность — 77%, специфичность — 91%, доля ложноположительных результатов — 9,2%, доля ложноотрицательных результатов — 23,1%. В связи с широким распространением смартфонов современная технология на основе искусственного интеллекта дает возможность раннего выявления меланомы кожи на первичном осмотре у врача общей практики и терапевта, особенно в медицинских организациях в регионах с недостатком или отсутствием врачей-дерматовенерологов и врачей-онкологов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A study was conducted on the effectiveness of the program for visual identification of skin melanoma “Melanoma Check” (a computer program for a smartphone), which showed high accuracy in determining the probability of a patient having skin melanoma. The diagnostic accuracy of the program was 88%, sensitivity — 77%, specificity — 91%, the proportion of false positive results — 9.2%, the proportion of false negative results — 23.1%.
