Рецидивирующий перикардит (РП) является значимой медицинской проблемой, несмотря на достижения современной кардиологии. Ведение пациентов с данной патологией сопряжено с рядом особенностей ввиду многообразия клинических проявлений, сложностями дифференциальной диагностики, недостатка стандартов терапии и высокой вероятности рецидивов. Наряду с этим в литературе представлено недостаточное количество данных о распространенности, структуре и характеристиках РП в российской популяции, что затрудняет разработку унифицированных клинических протоколов и рекомендаций. В статье представлены обоснование и описание мультицентрового неинтервенционного регистра реальной клинической практики РУДРА, основной целью которого является изучение РП в российской популяции. Основной акцент сделан на анализ частоты встречаемости, особенностей течения и исходов РП, включая его идиопатическую форму. Регистрация данных пациентов осуществляется в двух частях — ретроспективной и проспективной, что позволит выполнить полноценный анализ и реализовать все поставленные задачи. В рамках регистра планируется исследование ключевых аспектов этиологии, диагностики, лечения и динамического наблюдения за пациентами с различными формами РП. Создание и ведение регистра РУДРА может предоставить новые и расширенные возможности для систематизации знаний о РП, что будет способствовать улучшению качества оказания медицинской помощи пациентам, страдающим данной патологией.

Recurrent Pericarditis (RP) is a significant medical issue despite advancements in modern cardiology. The management of patients with this condition is associated with several challenges due to the variety of clinical manifestations, difficulties in differential diagnosis, lack of standardized treatment protocols, and a high likelihood of recurrences. Furthermore, there is insufficient data in the literature regarding the prevalence, structure, and characteristics of RP in the Russian population, which complicates the development of unified clinical protocols and recommendations. This article presents the rationale and description of the multicenter non-interventional registry of real clinical practice, RUDRA, whose primary objective is to study RP in the Russian population. The main focus is on analyzing the frequency, characteristics of the course, and outcomes of RP, including its idiopathic form. Patient data registration will be conducted in two parts—retrospective and prospective—allowing for a comprehensive analysis and the realization of all set objectives. The registry will investigate key aspects of etiology, diagnosis, treatment, and dynamic monitoring of patients with various forms of RP. The establishment and maintenance of the RUDRA registry may provide new and expanded opportunities for systematizing knowledge about RP, contributing to improved quality of medical care for patients suffering from this condition.
